March 15th Band News
ALRIGHT!!! We are right around the corner from this years Music Festival! This quick note, which will also be emailed, is to notify all bands to arrive 1 hour before there set times. The directions to the facility are located on our Band Directions page. All bands will be given back stage passes for each member and 2 extra passes for members of their merchandise team/crew. All others must buy tickets; the event is entirely for charity so there is no profit to the organization that is used for anything, but shipping computers to Africa. Each band will be given a lanyard with their group name, set time, and stage loading time so that they will know when to be where; my contact information as well as another (yet to be determined) will be on the back of your lanyards if you find yourself in need of some quick information. All bands will be using the facilities back entrances in order to enter. At this entrance you will be loading into the door that leads to your scheduled stage. All of your equipment will be dropped off and once you sign in you are free to setup a merchandise table and to wander, pass out flyers, etc.all for your upcoming set. Bands will be given food passes for each member and will be supplied water. This is our 9th year running and we have seemed to iron out most of the kinks. Once you arrive things will run smoothly and the show will run as planned. We are very excited to have you all playing the event and cannot wait to see you all. Again, feel free to call me with any questions or email. I will respond as quickly as possible. As you can imagine I am very busy at the moment, but I will do my best to stay on top of things.

Scheduling
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, scheduling is taking a little longer than we originally thought. We are in the final stages of finalizing the schedule. Bands will be notified by Friday, February 25. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are officially looking at all of the applicants and scheduling bands that have made the bill. CTEE staff will be contacting all bands that signed up prior to February 13 on their application status. Time slots will be filled on a basis of seniority (of playing the show), fan draw, professional sound, and application time. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

WOSTOCK 2011 Press Release
It is official! The West Ottawa CTEE is happy to announce the 10th annual running of the WO-STOCK Music Festival. Below I have inserted the full press release and event information page. I have also added a pdf of the application for performers who are interested in playing this year. We have capped the limit to 30 bands in order to maximize playing time and reduce downtime in between acts. Applications can be submitted as of today January 12th 2011 and bands will be notified of their acceptance no later than Feburary 25th 2011. The dates for this years festival are March 18th and 19th! Hope to see you all there!

Well folks we are on the way to yet another music festival! If you are interested in performing be sure to apply fast as our cap always seems to be met quite early in scheduling! Email us a word document with your bands name, contact info, members, needs, previous shows and music style etc. We want to know who you are – what you play – and when you are willing to play. Hope you all had a wonderful holiday and a great new years! We are excited to see you again at this years music festival. The biggest in West Michigan!

14 Days Until WO-Stock
We are 14 days and 6 hours from the kick off of the 8th annual WO-Stock Music Festival! This year we are hosting 65 acts and counting. We are going to have two main stages one in the Gym and the other in the Cafe. A third stage for acoustic shows will be present inside of the Coffee House. To see a list of the bands playing go here! Tickets will go on sale very soon and will be available at Lemonjellos in Holland Michigan and West Ottawa High School. Other locations for ticket sales and specific times will become available next week.
