March 15th Band News

ALRIGHT!!! We are right around the corner from this years Music Festival! This quick note, which will also be emailed, is to notify all bands to arrive 1 hour before there set times. The directions to the facility are located on our Band Directions page. All bands will be given back stage passes for each member and 2 extra passes for members of their merchandise team/crew. All others must buy tickets; the event is entirely for charity so there is no profit to the organization that is used for anything, but shipping computers to Africa. Each band will be given a lanyard with their group name, set time, and stage loading time so that they will know when to be where; my contact information as well as another (yet to be determined) will be on the back of your lanyards if you find yourself in need of some quick information. All bands will be using the facilities back entrances in order to enter. At this entrance you will be loading into the door that leads to your scheduled stage. All of your equipment will be dropped off and once you sign in you are free to setup a merchandise table and to wander, pass out flyers, etc.all for your upcoming set. Bands will be given food passes for each member and will be supplied water. This is our 9th year running and we have seemed to iron out most of the kinks. Once you arrive things will run smoothly and the show will run as planned. We are very excited to have you all playing the event and cannot wait to see you all.
